Returns & Exchanges

At Curata Archive, we encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, photographs and sizing information before placing your order. As many of our pieces are vintage or pre-loved, each item is unique and may show minor signs of wear consistent with its age and previous use.

Any known imperfections will be disclosed in the product listing and/or photographs.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing, or a change in personal preference. Where a return is accepted for a change of mind, we offer an exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original condition. Items must not have been washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

Please contact us at curata.archive@gmail.com before returning any item. Returns must be approved by Curata Archive before being sent back. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take care to ensure all items are accurately described and meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

If you believe your item is faulty, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet the guarantees required under the CGA, please contact us at curata.archive@gmail.com with your order details and a description and/or photographs of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the CGA. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund. Our change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights under the Act.

Please note: Minor signs of wear are to be expected with vintage and pre-loved items, and disclosed imperfections are not considered faults where they have been accurately represented prior to purchase.
